Pre-order and refunds

Reserve your first month for $9. If it's not for you, you get your money back.

The offer

  • $9 today reserves your first full month after launch (planned $12/mo). It's a refundable pre-order.
  • Continue yearly at the founding price: $49 for your first year (planned $99/yr), with your $9 credited in full. The founding price covers the first year only.
  • Launch target: early 2027. This is a target, not a guaranteed date. We'll email you as it gets closer.
  • The sports people pick get built first. Each sport may open at a different time; "launch" below means the day your sport opens.
  • All prices are in US dollars (USD). Sales tax or VAT may apply depending on where you live and is shown at checkout. Your bank may add currency conversion fees.

Refunds

  • Full refund anytime before launch, and within 120 days of payment, whichever is later. No questions asked. In other words: you can always get a full refund until your sport launches, and for at least 120 days after you paid.
  • If we don't launch your sport: you get a full refund automatically. You don't need to ask.

If we haven't launched within 120 days

  • We email every pre-order buyer with an honest update.
  • Anyone can take a full refund in one click, no questions asked.
  • Or keep your spot at the same founding price of $49 for the first year.
  • If we decide not to launch a sport, everyone who picked it is refunded automatically.

To ask for a refund, email us from the address you reserved with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle. How long the money takes to show up depends on your bank or card.

Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. We never see or store your full card details.

When you tap Reserve your first month, $9 we first save your spot and email, then open Paddle's secure checkout. If checkout can't open yet, your spot stays saved, nothing is charged, and we'll email you when it's ready.
